Happy New Year! I’ve been a little off grid in the middle of nowhere Alaska! Visiting my mom to lend a hand over the holidays while she recovers from surgery. I did happen to get to my Historian backlog (over 11,000 photos that I have procrastinated way too long on) to tag and organize a couple thousand pictures. I got all the way down to 8,500+ but then I uploaded all the phones (family of 5 and we all have one) and also uploaded the ones I had put on the computer (my photo “staging” area) to empty full phones the last few months and BAM! Back over 10,000 to file. It’s a never ending process but it’s well worth it in the end.
I don’t normally do resolutions anymore, since by the end of the year I rarely get them accomplished, but I do like to set goals. One of my big goals this year is to have all photos in Historian and the five star rated into my Forever account. It’s a lofty goal but with Forever it is attainable.
